MUDL Teaching
So I’ve been teaching Summer Camp at Memphis Urban Debate League. Its been a WONDERFUL day impacting these kids.
Firstly, students run up to me asking for advice about college, college debate, AC scores, etc… It feels good being a kid who “made it”. And the fact that I made it on my education; means a lot. I never set out to be an example for kids; but I’m glad I am. 3 years ago I was where they are now. Attending a failing high school; just tryna get through the day. And if I made it; they can too. And if I have to come here every year just to SHOW them they can; I will.
But the best part: today; a visiting lawyer invited one of our students to meet Michelle Obama Thursday. She even offered to drive her in case her parents couldn’t. A 15 year old brand new debater is going to meet the first lady…

Okay. This is EASY! My ALL time favourite Dutch Royalty is Queen Wilhelmina. She’s WAY before my time but she is SO awesome!
See, during WWII the Dutch had an oppurtunity to work with the Nazi’s. The prime minister at the time wanted to work with them in order to protect Dutch interests. Queen Wilhelmina knew better; she had him ousted out of Parliament (like a G).
After she fled the country; she longed to return but the rest of the Royal family wouldn’t let her. Thus, she decided to secretly broadcast. Every night the queen would appear on “Oranje Radio” and with her broadcasts she inspired The Dutch Resistance.
It was through her words that Dutch people gathered the courage able to save Anne Frank and many Jews like her. Wiston Churchill once described her as “The only REAL man among the governments-in-exile here in London”
To this day; the Queen is a symbol of Dutch strength, courage and tolerance. A BRILLIANT woman. I <3 her xD

Soooooooooo Im randomly looking through Amazon for books (Im a nerd; dont ask). and I stumble across a book who’s entire premise is “There is no viable proof Muhammad Exist”
I have a newsflash for all you upitty Christians and Jews who think they run the world: “THERE’S NO VIABLE PROOF JESUS, OR MOSES, OR BUDDAH, OR OR ANY OTHER RELIGIOUS LEADER EXISTS EITHER”.. Oh wait; there IS proof of Confucius; so should we all be Confucionist?
Furthermore, the books goes on to say “Oooh, the Koran comes from the bible so its a made up religion. blah, blah, blah” These people haven’t studied Islamic history in the LEAST. TRUE Islamist recognize the bible AND the Torah. You see, the only true difference between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam is ONE PROPHET. The Jews believe in Moses; the Christians believe in Moses AND Jesus. The Islams believe in Moses, Jesus AND Mohammed. Islam recognizes Christians and Jews as “People of the book”. Oh, and by the way: The BIBLE comes from the TORAH; so I suppose Christianity is a made up religion too?.. PLEASE READ YOUR HISTORY BEFORE YOU WRITE A BOOK!
